Longvida® optimised curcumin was developed by a group of scientists at the University of California - Los Angeles (UCLA) and solves the problem of poor assimilation of curcumin in the body.
After more than 10 years of research, the key to the formulation's effectiveness was found in the patented manufacturing process of the curcumin complex: Longvida® SLCP™ (Solid-Lipid Curcumin Particle).
In this formulation, curcumin is coated with phospholipids (lecithin) and fatty acids (stearic acid). This technology increases the bioavailability of curcumin.
Curcumin helps to maintain joint comfort.
Serving size
1 capsule per day, preferably one hour before a meal. It is also possible to take 2 capsules a day for the first two weeks.
