Terms of Sales

1. Preamble

The acquisition of a product through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the purchaser of these conditions of sale and delivery. If you have any questions about it, you can contact us at

2. Order

The prices of the products posted on the site are shown in euros, excluding delivery costs. The prices are individually for all items presented except as explicitly mentioned. Delivery charges are then added to the control process based on the chosen delivery method. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with an overview of the items ordered and the total cost incl.

All products are subject to VAT which is a part of the selling price of each product.

3. Payment

The payment can be made according to the methods listed below:

- via the PayPal system: using your PayPal account directly or any other credit card accepted by PayPal

- by bank transfer to the following account:

Your order is shipped after receiving the total amount on our account. The order remains reserved for you for 14 days. In case of no payment after this term, then your order will be automatically cancelled. You will be informed of the cancellation of your order by e-mail.

4. Deliveries

Deliveries for Belgium:

The standard price for delivery is 6 € TTC by order (less than 3 kg of weight). Delivery can take up to 3 working days. All goods will be delivered by Bpost or Bpack. Orders will be sent up to 3 days after receipt of payment. Orders spent during the weekend or during the holidays, will be treated during the following workdays. 5. Exhausted products

Our site is updated regularly but a break out of stock can occur. You will be informed of any breach of stock and if an item can be re-ordered or not. You can either choose another item (if possible) or cancel your order. If you want to order an article out of stock, we will be happy to inform you about delivery times.

6. Right of waiver or returns

In accordance with the law, the consumer has the right to notify the seller that he renounces his purchase without penalty and without indication of reason, within 14 working days from the day after the day of delivery of the product or the conclusion of the service contract. This right of cancellation does not belong to the professional buyer. Within this period, the consumer must notify his intention to give up by e-mail info@laboratoire-optim.comor by phone +32 (0) 473 49 09 97 and return, at its expense and risk, the product delivered to the logistics centre:

The products must be returned in their original, non-damaged packaging as well as the original invoice/delivery note. The products thus returned must not have been unpacked, descended, or used in any way. The products used, damaged, damaged or dirty by the customer will not be resumed.

Within 30 days, after acceptance of the recovery of the product, we are committed to repaying the possible payment.

7. Personal data

Bionoto SPRL guarantees the confidentiality of its customers

All the personal data required for the processing of an order are kept by Bionoto SPRL or its employees and may be transmitted to the companies with which the seller - or his suppliers - collaborates (NT), when such communication is necessary for the treatment of the Order (for example the logistician).

The consumer also authorizes Bionoto SPRL to use this data to establish statistics to improve its site, the goods and the service it proposes. This information may also be used to allow dissemination by any means of communication by information relating to the commercial activities of the seller to its customers.

BIONOTO SPRL finally retains personal data to facilitate subsequent orders and undertakes not to sell/disclose the information available to another company or any other company. The retained data may at any time be requested and corrected on request.

8. Evidence

The parties accept, as part of their relations, the electronic means of proof (as an exemplarative: the email, the computer backups, ...).

9. Regulation of disputes

Disputes relating to the closing, the validity, the interpretation or execution of the contract or the current general conditions are exclusively governed by the Belgian law and are part of the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Brussels, subject to the right of the consumer to bear the dispute before the competent judge on the basis of a legal provision.
