Do I need to store Optim Propionibacter in the refrigerator?
It is not necessary to store it in the refrigerator. The lactic ferment is freeze-dried; it can thus be stored at room temperature and should be kept in a dry place.

d'après 247 avisPropionibacterium freudenreichii is a well-known lactic ferment. It is traditionally involved in the maturing of Swiss type cheeses and participates in the formation of "eyes" in these cheeses.
Propionibacterium freudenreichii sp. shermanii is a propionic bacterium because it is involved in the production of propionic acid (or propionate) in the intestine, a short-chain fatty acid.
Serving Size:
Take one capsule a day, preferably during a meal with a glass of water.
