Withania somnifera or ashwagandha is a plant from the Solanaceae family and is native to India. It is traditionally used in India, both in its simple form and in combination with other plants.
Its name comes from Sanskrit, which means "horse smell", because this plant has a strong smell.
Rhodiola rosea is a plant of the crasulaceae family. It is native to the Arctic and Alpine regions.
The plant was already known by Dioscorides (Greek botanist) in the 1st century AD, as well as by the ancient Chinese. The Chinese emperors sent expeditions to Siberia to collect the "golden root" used in various preparations.
Ashwagandha and Rhodiola rosea help to manage temporary stress and mental fatigue.
Serving size
One or two capsules per day to be taken in the morning with a glass of water.
